Abdominal Work

  • We use so many concepts for core work at Blackbird.  Just rolling properly through your spine into a downward dog, cobra and back up works your entire core.  Although, you won't be able to move dynamically through your house without breaking things, you can do leg lifts, side crunches, PLANKS!, tables, bicycles, and just straight up grand battement in rep as long as your using that belly. Don't forget all of our kick boxing fun we do for our core in hip hop class.  Speed bag, and side kicks. VIDEO COMING SOON...
